HIVES! yes hives - THEY are ITCHY itchy itchy itchy ITCHY - and they wont go away! its NOW tuesday and theyre HUGE and EVERYWHERE and my eyes are puffy and I look like an alien.
Just when I think theyre going they COME BACK! in different spots! (which is apparently their thing) which means If i put soothing cream on there is no doubt in 30 mins it wont be in the right spots!!
Sob sob, I'm off Dairy for good (which apparently Mum says means chocolate too) and Ive gone to Rye bread - still itchy off to have another bath. YUCPray for me!

Oh that sucks!!!!! Aaron has been dairy and wheat free for about 5 months now and has another few months off it. He can start having wheat soon, but he is more intolerant to dairy and gets bad exzema. He hates being off chocolate, but he has found some nice dairy and wheat free cake mixes at health food shops and also dairy free chocolate is at coles. It tastes like cheap chocolate, but it is good if the alternative is nothing at all - or so he tells me!
He cant wait to go back on dairy again. He has oat milk on cereal and that is about all the milk he has now.

you poor darling...there is nothing worse ...beleive me i can sympathize with you...you are so thin now and going off dairy and wheat will make you lose more weight... i am praying for you Jesse ..love ya
